Welcome to the Barrowford Angling Association
We are a small, friendly fishing club with waters based around East Lancashire.
We fish some superb waters which are suitable for the Game and Coarse fisherman.
For the Coarse fisherman, whether your interest is in catching Carp to over 28lbs, Roach to over 3lbs, Bream to over 7lbs, Tench, Chub or even Gudgeon reaching a specimen size of almost 4ozs! Our waters have a wide selection of fish to suit your preference. As well as lakes we also fish on the River Ribble where the Pike have been known to reach in excess of 30lbs.
The Game fisherman is equally well represented - Salmon, Sea Trout, Brown Trout and Grayling can be caught from the River Ribble. There is also excellent Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout fishing from a lake set in the idyllic surroundings of the Lancashire countryside.
